    The Vildschool is a Creative Culinary Cooking School and Restaurant

    for every age dedicated to Seasonal Gastronomic Education,Art and Science.

    We provide fun hands on Cooking Classes,Season Dining, Season Food Events,

    Team Building activities and Private Season Banquets.

     

    Learn how to cook new creative dishes at our Cooking School from Monday to Wednesday or

    enjoy a beautiful 7 Course Season Menu on Thursday to Saturday evenings.

    The Vildschool should be seen and experienced as a new culinary place where a lot of creative food and drinks are created which are inspired by Nature.

     

     

    We add a little modern twist to the dishes so everyone will get new inspiration from cooking them. And quite importantly, we will bring you in the right mood with
    new techniques,designs,tastes,
    recipes and creative talks.

     

     

    In spite of being gourmet menus the emphasis is also
    placed on time to enjoy, chat, talk and mingle while enjoying a glass.

    At the Vildschool,we developed recipes,designs,
    a new touch to the real nature to attract the sense of gustativity for humans to learn what is edible and what should.
    Foraging helped shape the flavours and the philosophy of our Cuisine and this project.

    We teached the perfect development for great progress in accomplishing culinary
    skills placed around different themes,products,techniques,seasons and
    presentations.

    In addition to developing culinary skills,our classes incorporated
    necessary basics such as :

    - Safety and Hygiene in the kitchen
    - Presentations of utensils
    - Food handling
    - Cooking techniques
    - Art of plating
    - Food Tastings
    - Wine and Juice Pairings

    EAT KNOWLEDGE TO FEED CREATIVITY

    Vildschool was an important potential, a mission to ourselves and to change the Culinary Landscape,the respect for Mother Nature to turn them into intelligent edible Products,Liquids,Creations and Compositions.

    Everyday we took a trip to the Gardens,the Forests,the Lands, the Rivers and experience the beautiful work of Mother Nature and the greatness of the seasons to pick the Season Ingredients which were cooked at our Cooking Classes or in our Season Menus.

    WHO WAS TEACHING?

    All cooking classes and events will, as a starting point, had Damien Klein "2013 Luxemburgish Bocuse D'or award winner" and his team as teachers.
    We were, however, happy to leave the ‘stage’ to Worldwide guest chefs as well – for shows, classes and demonstrations.
